EAIF Board
EAIF is governed by a 12 member Board of Directors (of which 7 are nominated by PIDG and the remainder by the lenders to EAIF). Certain PIDG directors are also members of the New Business Committee and the Credit Committee, where they are joined by other representatives of the lenders.
